Project Summary:
Intended to be used as a weekend home and later as a place to retire, the clients' primary requirement was for the house to feel like an escape and to capitalise on the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.
They subsequently requested the use of extensive and expressive windows and open place spaces, so that the connection with the outside is never lost. Yet it was imperative to not loose the 'farm house' aesthetic that is so quintessentially Rosendal.
